Talus Wind Ranch is a 460 acre ranch located 30 miles southeast of Santa Fe in Galisteo, New Mexico.
Talus Wind Ranch Heritage Foods delivers the highest quality natural meats to the gourmet restaurants of Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. We strive to maintain the highest health and humane standards in raising and preparing animals for market. We also cater to the retail market where our meats are sold directly to consumers. The restaurants and their customers of our heritage meats, are of paramount importance to us and we will ensure their satisfaction.
Talus Wind Ranch raises turkeys such as Rio Grande Wild and Standard Bronze Turkeys, sheep such as Navajo-Churro, Finnsheep, Rambouillet, Southdown and Miniature Southdown.
