This season we will be taking orders for a small quantity of our Rio Grande Wild turkeys and Standard Bronze turkeys. Our turkeys won two first place blue ribbons and Best of Breed at the 2005 New Mexico State Fair. We process (at our Mountainair, New Mexico processing center) and market our heritage meats to some of Santa Fe's best restaurants. We also sell directly to individuals. We believe natural grass fed, humanely raised, all natural, no hormone heritage meats are the healthiest and tastiest product on the market, and that is our commitment to you.
